We live in our bodies. But Truly speaking, how many of us live in full body awareness… knowing what we thing, feel sense?
How often are we disconnected from our personal reality and what we believe is happening to us?
Look at people who underwent physical trauma in some distance past. Even today, you will see them reacting to triggers like sudden movements , loud sounds . And if you ask them, they will say, they are still haunted by the memories.
The fact is, deep impressions of experiences impact our lives …and get deeply engrained in our bodies – showing up in the form of stress, anxiety and depression. They might even impact your health over a period of life. Insomnia, irritability, emotional deregulation, anxiety, panic attacks, depressed body feelings, and more.
Can we talk ourselves out of it? Use our logical cognitive abilities alone to heal the problems.
